Service Pros Plumbing Heating & Cooling

If you are in need of an honest, efficient and knowledgeable AC repair company, look no further. I cannot say enough good things about Service Pros. We have a very old unit that stopped working in the middle of a "heat advisory" in Phoenix. Service Pros sent out a tech immediately (it was in the evening on a Friday) and he was determined to fix the unit; I was so worried I was going to have to buy a new one. He took it apart and rebuilt a lot of it. It took him a couple hours but he in the end, it was working again. I suspect other companies would have told me it was hopeless and would have tried to sell me another unit. I am so glad I called Service Pros.

Five stars! We are new homeowners and had a plumbing issue. We contacted Service Pros and what we thought was a simple fix was actually a much more severe plumbing problem. We had roots growing into our pipes. Luckily Service Pros was able to identify where the issue was coming from, they sent out a couple of their plumbers to do the extensive work, and fixed the issue. We had a great experience with the staff - Samantha, Dave, Tony, Travis, and Bob (owner) were all very professional, courteous, and empathetic.  We appreciate the honesty and integrity of Service Pros and their staff. They stand behind their work. We would absolutely use Service Pros again if future work is needed.

This is a family owned business and I have to say it shows in their customer service, professionalism and honesty. I had a 9 o'clock appointment and by 130 my air conditioning was fixed. Everyone I talked to from Samantha in the office, Dean, the service manager and Eric the technician were friendly and proficient. I like that they keep you up to date by email and text along with pictures of the technician that is coming to your house. During diagnosis they took pictures of the problems in our air-conditioning and explained what needed to be fixed. No high pressure sales either! I highly recommend this company!!!

Dean, the General Manager, at Service Pros came to my rescue after another well-know valley AC company gave me false information about what my AC unit needed to start working and then tried to sell me a brand new unit for a horrendous price. Service Pros is a small company with integrity. Dean came right out to my house and assured me that I did not need a new unit and explained how everything worked. I was impressed by his professionalism and will call him first next time for any AC or plumbing issues.

It was a hot September afternoon, when we noticed the temperature rising in our house. We called Service Pros, and Royal come out to do the work, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the fan motor, and within a couple hours, the house was cooling down again. Definitely would recommend Serivce Pros, to family and friends.
