I had water in my basement, and needed to find the problem quickly. Kastner Plumbing was able to send someone to my property within 2 hours. Their representative spent 40 minutes looking at every water line in my house even though he believed that the root cause was the sump pump. After he found no other potential problems, he installed a cast iron sump pump and away the water went. The dispatcher was very personable and the tech that came out was professional and friendly. Kastner is one of the few companies that I actually put their magnet on my fridge should I ever run into other problems.
