I had used them for over 5 years. They are very prompt and have done great work. Update: Until something didn't go right. The owner insisted it wasn't their fault, despite the plumber being the last one to touch it, the house was unoccupied, and it leaked later that day. Maybe it was a fluke, but the way the owner handled the whole situation I found confrontational and disappointing.
