E Water Company

This is such a nice family run business. My husband and I were new to the area (and all things well water!). Jerry and little Jerry put a filtration system and softener on our tank. They were patient and helpful explaining how everything thing works. Great guys and excellent service! Highly recommend.

I called today while in a jam due to a broken glass sleeve in my UV Sterilizer. E Water was incredibly responsive and helped me troubleshoot a bypass over the phone. They were willing to bring a technician down to repair the same day. Highly recommended.

Great staff. I just moved into my home and needed someone to get the water ready and up to snuff. After doing a ton of research I called E Water. The guys came out and instead of recommending replacement they offered to repair the unit. Price was around $500 vs $2000. Overall a good experience and was able to save me money as a new homeowner so I can put it to other needed projects. They listened and met my needs without pushing systems to me.

I have to give two thumbs up to this great company. After several years of dealing with water companies and lousy service, and waiting sometimes a week or more for service I finally have a water company I can rely on. I had e water company come to my house for quarterly service that needs to be done to give me the best chance for good water. First they answered their phone and scheduled an appointment when it was good for me. They showed up on time and made no mess. The techs Steve and Russ were knowledgeable of what I needed and very professional. This is now their 2nd visit to my home in six months. I did not want to write a review until I knew for sure that they are as good as they seemed. They came out the first time on time, and followed through just like they said they would on the second time. It's always refreshing to have a family owned company who also lives in our local community that understands our water concerns. Thank you e water for a job well done. I would highly recommend this company for anything related to water.
