We called on the 4th of July for a water line failure emergency. The owner himself was here quickly and got the water turned off to avoid a much bigger problem. Very responsive, professional and a nice guy too! Metcalf is our new go to plumber.

I wish I could rate these guys higher. Seriously. We have been hit by the constant flooding in 2018. We first brought them out in May to replace a water heater that was lost in the first flood which was a sewage backup. Not only did they replace it painlessly and quick, the owner, Les, provided me a written justification to give to my insurance as to why it was necessary to replace and not repair. Insurance covered it. We got hit with a second sewage flood in late July. I called around midnight on a sunday to leave a message to have them come out Monday and evaluate some solutions. Not only does Les answer the phone, he answers the phone while on vacation. He was over my house in the next day or so and began proposing some solutions. We decided to cap our drain lines off in the basement . Les was upfront about timelines and actually had a crew out earlier than estimated. Mike and (sorry I can't recall the second guys name) were done work in about 2 hours. Later that same night, we got hit yet again. My wife and I called them (somewhat distraught). Les showed up in person wearing shorts and a T-Shirt (on a friday evening I might add). He evaluted the work his guys did earlier. No fault with their installations. We were able to determine that there was also a ground water issue. The icing on the cake of this experience was the fact that he helped me shovel water out of my basement until almost 9:00 at night. Les stated he would help us try to work with our insurance and mortgage to obtain coverage for additional water solutions. I don't know if we will get that coverage, but just that fact that Les and his crew go far above and beyond for their customers has ensured that I will be calling them for any and all plumbing issues.
