So far, great customer service! Very quickly they were out here assessing our situation. Very professional. They have to give us a quote to fix our problem as it was bigger than we thought. Looking forward to getting this fixed and will edit my post after it has been completed! So far i will program thier number in my phone for future use! All done! Came in under budget and everything is fixed!

Called Roto Rooters 24/hr emergency line. Took hours for someone to call me back. He just told me to unplug something and didn't come out to the house. The next day we called the office. The receptionist was rude to me and my husband. I would not let them touch my plumbing with a 50 foot pole. Please also look at consumer reviews. This 5 star is incorrect. There is no review attached to the 5 star they have received.

Zach Sword in Hagerstown went above and beyond to help us fix our clogged septic line. He came out same day and worked on clearing the blockage, though he was unable to. He helped us find someone to replace the line quickly as we were scheduled to go on vacation in just a few days since they were booked. Then the next morning he called my husband to ask if he could come back out and try again at no charge if he couldn't get it. He came out a few hours later with some help and worked to clear the blockage saving me $8000 and our vacation. I will be a customer for life!

Had a emergency Clog , called the 24 hour number left a message and received a call back within a few minutes. They was at my house very quickly and fixed the problem. A++++++
