The worst customer service ever. I don’t know why they have that whatever she is answering their calls. We have been waiting for service from March with no heat it is now May with no air.
so guy was nice who came but my heater was working so just said that this has happened before and has no idea why. then I had no heat all weekend- couldn't get through to them- figured out after 2 days that my thermostat on the wall just needed new batteries- I called to tell them- they should really know this when checking a system and should reimburse me
