Not the type of company I would look to do business with. Didn't show for appointment - I called them three time during the day after they missed the initial time set. Each time I was told they will be there. I eventually had to get another company. I did call MTS back a couple days later and they told me their vehicle was in a accident. Okay, valid explanation but why didn't someone call me and let me know? After all, we had no water in the house - That too is an emergency. The reason I called them back days later was I needed warranty work done on a Well Troll Pressure tank MTS installed about a year ago. Warranty is good fro 5 - 7 years depending on model. MTS told me that they could not help me out as the tank had been messed with by another plumber and they could not help. Well great - MTS doesn't show, I get another certified plumber to get me up and going and not MTS wants to wash their hands of helping out.
