We are super impressed with this company. We have so far used them twice, once this winter for a burst pipe, and just this morning when our kitchen sink wasn’t producing any water. They were accommodating and able to send someone out immediately for the kitchen sink but Suzanne suggested she talk to the parts department to see if it could possibly be an easy fix we could do ourselves. She called back within minutes after and told me how to check on that easy fix. I’ve been in situations where a company would still send someone out and charge the full price to make that simple fix, so I definitely appreciate them saving me time and money. I will definitely be using this company in the future for my plumbing needs.
