Jim is amazing! His assistant, Lance, is also just great. I honestly can't say enough about their professionalism, knowledge and service. They had to pull my toilet to snake my house drain, and Jim took the time to explain things to me about the process. They were quick but thorough and so neat and tidy I couldn't believe it. Not a smudge left to show they had done such a dirty job in my basement! The price was very fair and I recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues - truly the Best!!!
