Attempted to obtain service, tech was late and did not come same day. Tech was late again the following morning, but did finally arrive. Estimated repairs for clogged toilet drain of $435. When I called to approve the repairs, Paula Bradds argued with me about also paying the 48 service fee even though that is traditional waived. Paula then proceeded to yell and argue about their service fee and then hung up. I would recommend avoiding Watson for any service needs.
