They do a great job and are very reasonable.
My water heater flooded the basement. I left a message for him Sunday night and he called at 7 am the next day. Came to the house by 8, replacement and additional repairs complete by 12. He did show me the parts that went bad. Great service.
They are dishonest and tried to gouge me for a simple repair of under and hour. A hose bib part isn't $75 - I do shop Home Depot and priced the same part. That markup is obscene. I pay attorneys in DC lower hourly rate than I'm paying this plumber. They saw the farm, the house, the horses and tried to take advantage. So much for the local small contractor doing good work for locals.

Never showed up on time or finished projects on time. Furthermore, charged my card for the total amount of service and walked off the job. Would not answer calls after that and I had to dispute the charge with the bank.
