Horrible place, they do bad work for twice the price of what it's worth, they cussed in front of my 3 year child and when I complained they laughed in my face, they charged me for work they didn't even do then when my husband called to complain they pretended to be police and said "we'll arrest you if you call this number again " GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

After a fourth visit and consultation from Mike (owner), Steve (Lead Plumber) and Zach (Assistant Plumber) a major nightmare that my daughter and her husband were experiencing was finally resolved. This “job” took a lot of planning and several scenarios were presented to them. These depended on the severity of tree roots, etc. that were obstructing the lines that lead waste/sewage away from the 40+ year old townhome. The labor intensive and time consuming task of jetting the lines, intermittent checking with the camera and consultation with my daughter was “out of this world.” Consultation/explanation of the entire process, along with an understanding and approval from my daughter were performed in a very professional manner. A big weight has been lifted off of my daughter. When giving a last look at the pipe that had been crammed with tree roots and branches, it was found to be absolutely clear and free of obstruction for what seemed like a mile long of pipe. Naumann Plumbing worked with my family on costs which was very much appreciated. The knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of Steve and Zach were unsurpassed. Our washing machine drain was backing up. We had Naumann Plumbing come out to clear the drain. They snaked the drain and it worked ok for about 2 weeks and then started to back up again. For a $300 service call that lasted less than 1 hour they could have at least scoped the drain with a camera to make sure the clog was fully removed. A waste of $300 since they don't guarantee their work when it comes to clearing drains.

Bailed me out in an emergency, with a solid fix to my leaking sink, before a party for my family. Resonable, highly recommend.
