On Time ! Pleasant and very neat attire Explained everything in detail ! They were educated in the process of the needed update and had all the equipment to do the job with them ! Outstanding service from the first phone call to the final signature after work was completed. Woke up on July 5th to no water. Called my usual plumber who was booked, then called another company and after waiting over an hour for a call back I was referred to First Class by my neighbor. Receptionist was friendly, caring and actually had empathy. At 10:30 she told me someone would be in the area between 12-4 and she would put the oh the schedule and assured I would have water by the end of the day. 12:15 the van pulled up, by 12:30 they found the problem, have be estimate and went out, bought a new well troll tank. I had running water by 3 pm. Price was very reasonable. Can't say enough good things about First Class Mechanical and will not be calling anyone else in the future.
