I pulled out and then pushed back the kitchen refrigerator to paint the wall. The copper line feeding the ice maker started leaking. The shutoff valve was in the crawl space, and it wouldn't move. I called Shaw's, and less than two hours later Chris was at my house. In under an hour he had diagnosed the problem and then replaced the valve in the crawl space and replaced the connection at the back of the refrigerator. He made sure the joint was watertight after pushing the refrigerator back in place. Shaw's wedged in my emergency while still tending to other appointments. I realize that you can't always get a plumber within a couple of hours, but the way Shaw's made things happen was amazing. Even though I didn't care what I would have to pay, Chris was up front about the fee; and, I thought it more than reasonable. Well done Gail, Chris and Shaw's.

We needed a new kitchen faucet. Chris came with a book and helped me pick the one just right for my needs. It was ordered and Chris installed it quickly and efficiently. He's a great guy. I would highly recommend him.

I am an out of state landlord for a townhome in Easton. The a/c in my townhome stopped working and since I didn't like the previous a/c service company I had used, I tried Shaw's. I'm so glad I did and I would highly recommend them. They responded promptly, diagnosed the problem, and made the repair.
