He not only completed PM as usual but he handled and corrected an issue that we had over the past year. I was concerned that it would take him a lot of time—but he completed the work with a proper solution and was happy he could provide the service! Called for service on a Friday evening. Within 2 hours, not only did a service expert arrive but my problem was diagnosed and corrected. Great service, friendly, courteous serviceman together with quick completion. A fantastic combination!!!!
