Provides exceptional service and communicates well with there costumers. The receptionist is very pleasant. Mr. Doty makes sure the job is done to meet the satisfaction of the costumer.

Recent replacement of our kitchen faucet was completed to our satisfaction . We found Doty Sewer & Drain to be very customer oriented with fairness and excellent communication skills. Recommended.

No customer consideration and poor communication. Receptionist has a toxic personality. Overpriced and gouges their customers daily. Plenty of other quality plumbers in this area that are fair priced. No wonder this place isn't BBB accredited.
