Unreasonably high prices! $505 to change out a gate valve in an easily accessible spot in my garage. $620 to “repipe back to the pump”. (About 2feet). They have a good racket going; they charge $59 to come out and give you ridiculous estimate. He was at my house for 10min. At that rate, they don’t even have to do any work, they can just ride around and make $118/hr or more! Just to put it out there, I fixed it myself in under an hour for $46. I understand that people need to make a living, but this was completely unreasonable.
Kyle was able to fix a routine problem that turned out to be much more complicated. All in all a good effort, he's a good representative for your company.
