I called this morning at 8:50 a.m. I left a message. By 9 Jerry was calling me setting up an appointment for the same day within hour a tech was on site. Clean courteous fair and honest probably the best experience I've had. Thank you Lynch Plumbing it's difficult living away from your rental property and having honest people do honest work
So.....here we are, 8 of us in Bethany Beach in a vacation rental with a clogged toilet 2 days before the 4th of July. I contacted 9 plumbing services before Lynch. Only 4 called back! Of those 1was booked till Friday, all others till next week. On to #10. I contacted Lynch Plumbing & spoke with Jerry Lynch. He also was booked; however, he explained that he would try to rearrange his schedule & fit us in. If not, he would fit us in somehow the following morning. At this point, this is more than I got from any of the others! Within 2 hrs. Jerry called back & said he was sending 2 men out within 1/2 hr. The 2 employees, John & Paul arrived. Both were extremely friendly & professional & respectful of our unit. Paul unclogged the toilet & cleaned the floor when he was done. John was the supervisor who came & checked to make sure I was satisfied. I can't say enough about my experience with Jerry & his staff. The only reason I give him 5 stars is because I can't give him 6! I have his number on file & will be the first one I call in the event of any issues in the future. I also gave his number to the owners of the unit. I appreciate everything they did!

Great service! The day we moved into our new home, our water heater broke and flooded our laundry room! We called Lynch Plumbing and Jerry came to the rescue! Needed a plumber twice since then and won't try anyone else! Great prices, service, and workmanship!
