I think Marc Anthony has been fairly quick to respond when I have called regarding issues over the years, so I find no fault in their responsiveness. They fixed defective equipment for me and promptly always came when requested. In that respect they were awesome for me. However, I do have concerns about follow-up, qualified technicians and verifying workmanship. I own a lot of property and have developed a sour taste in my mouth for poor workmanship, bad follow-up and inaccurate solutions. In fairness, technicians often work on an assortment of equipment and can miss things, but when you have brought these past problems up and made clear your concerns in advance without question the service should be rendered properly and I should be well informed. This didn't happened and after a week from their service date and quick 10 minute visit, according to my handyman, to service 3 apartment systems, I got two complaints immediately the system isn't cooling. This was an opportunity to shine and instead our business relationship fizzled causing me to write this review.

My Heat pump stop working and they had it up and running in no time. Tech was very informative and kind. I asked for a quote just to get an idea if I decided to replace down the road. I received a quote but was informed that my heat pump still had plenty of life. I really respect the fact that he didn’t try to sell me on it.

My water heater finally quit on me on a Friday night and they had a tech out first thing Saturday morning. Now this doesn't seem like much but we called several plumbers who didn't answer or quoted me a insane price to replace a water heater. The tech was on time and very clean and proficient with his work. All around outstanding service.

Very fast service and in a holiday weekend. Excellent customer service.

I called three years ago for a quote. Since, then, about every few months, I have been plagued and harassed by sales calls. I've spoken with the owner, Marc Anthony, twice -- no good. I've spoken with the chief salesperson, Ruth Baker, at least once. I've spoken with a number of other salespeople to remove my number. No good . Mr. Anthony himself assured me in Fall 2018 he would personally see that my name was removed. I trusted him, but he lied. There's a master list, I'm told, that they call from and my name was NOT removed from it by him or Ruth Baker, who also said she would take my name and number off the list or lists. This is a company you do NOT want to do business with. They'll plague you with calls even when you say you do not want to be their customer. Don't trust them. I'm calling the BBB and the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce, if that'll do any good. My life has not been the same -- it sickens me every time I see their name in my caller ID. LIARS.
