Joe responded quickly when I called about a leaky pipe, he came out the same day and also took the time to address some other concerns I had about the water quality. He gave us a reasonable quote on what turned out to be a pretty big job that we wanted done in addition to fixing the leak and less than two days later he came back and had the whole job completed and cleaned up. Prompt, reasonably priced and quality workmanship. I would highly recommend, we had a hassle free experience with someone who stands by the quality of his work.

We had a leak in the main water line coming into the house, Joe from Straight Plumbing came out that afternoon to check on the problem and was able to get the water line replaced the next day. Fast, reliable service with reasonable pricing. Great overall experience!

This job was to replace an existing water heater. Joe T. responded promptly to my call and was on site early the next business day. He assessed the situation, gave recommendations and was ready to do the job. Including getting a new water heater the work was completed in under 2hrs. Joe and his helper were very efficient and polite. The worksite was left clean. I have already recommended Joe and will do so again.

Joe came out on very short notice when my water heater finally kicked the bucket. He, and his apprentice Rob, installed a brand new, shiny water heater AND got rid of the old one for me. All in all I consider it amazing that I was only without hot water for a little over 12 hours. Fantastic service, work is fast and quality. HIGHLY recommend.
