Very impressed. Called a number of different services to inquire about a pump out, and had difficulty getting a response. Called Jimmy's Septic LLC, and received a very courteous call back from Jimmy's wife within an hour. Price was reasonable, so set a date. Jimmy's showed up when scheduled and wasted no time getting the job done. Will absolutely use them again, and would highly recommend.

It was his wife's courteous manner (while on the phone scheduling my appointment)that sold me prior to the service. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable & professional. I am very pleased with my services!

Call back was quick. Woman on the phone was very knowledgeable and made me very confident the service would be great. I wasn't disappointed. Jimmy arrived timely, found the septic access immediately, and finished quickly. There wasn't a long wait time for the appt, as some other places stated a month out. Jimmy was also very informative and gave helpful tips for septic maintenance. Highly recommend .

After calling two other places and never receiving a call back, I looked again and found Jimmys Septic Service. I left a message and had a return phone call within the hour, was able to schedule a time for him to come out and locate my septic, plus pump it out. He located it immediately. I have nothing but good to say about my experience start to finish.
