Called and he was so honest. Was able to come the next morning, came early to make sure the tank was pumped properly. He was so fast fixing it and was so knowledgeable about what he was doing. Perfect experience would use again!

I called with a stopped faucet and figured it probably needed priming. He told me over the phone to take the agitator off the faucet and turn on the water - it worked! He could have come out and charged me for a service call but did the neighborly thing and put service before profit. I will definitely use them again knowing I will be treated fairly and honestly.

Highly recommend! Had a clogged pipe that goes to septic tank. Of course it happened on a Sunday. Made a phone call to H B Everett and they were at my house within an hour. Very friendly and took time to explain things. I will definitely use them for any plumbing services in the future. Prices are very reasonable too.

This was our first experience with Everett and I was very happy with the customer service and the work done. They were prompt to reply to me, showed up on time, professional, and the fees charged were reasonable and fair (and in fact a little lower than I had expected given all the work they did). I will call them first the next time I need plumbing services.
