This is a horrible company to work with. He stole parts from our old heater and they never return calls. He broke our heater when it was supposed to be a simple fix them returned to replace the heater and it still isn't fix. Left us with no water for 2 weeks. The plumber Mo doesn't apparently know what he's doing and very unprofessional. The wife, who answers calls, when we asked about him taking our parts , said "he had parts on there too". We have a receipt and won't return out parts.

As the general consensus states. I called 3 times today after a referral from my home warranty. Apparently they are always away from their desk or assisting other customers. I doubt it's the latter. I asked for a new referral. A little tip to help you with your small business. Answering your phone or returning calls might help make you profitable? Just an observation from a customers point of view.

If I could give a lower rating I would.

This company sucks ! Our Home Warranty company (HMS), sent them to our house to replace a leaking water heater. After he replaced it, it didn't work ! He blamed it on a circuit breaker and contacted an electrician (HMS) and he said nothing is wrong ! So, now I still have a water heater that won't heat the water. Tried calling them, they won't return calls. HMS is no better !

The plumber that came to our house was thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. They were sent by our home insurance company after another plumbing company failed to do the job right. We are delighted to have found M & M.
