Mallick came within a few hours of my call. They called ahead to let me know when they were on the way. James and Hunter were courteous and wore shoe covers in the house. They immediately diagnosed the problem, explained their recommendation to fix it, and proceeded carefully to fix it. After completing the repair, they showed me what they had done and explained how everything worked. The work area was left spotless. They were here less than an hour. James reviewed the bill with me explaining all of it in detail. The price was very fair and much less than a plumber earlier today had estimated. I am very impressed with their workmanship, their great customer service attitude, their courtesy, and their knowledge. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing problems. I am totally satisfied.

Jeff was able to get out to us asap for our plumbing issue and he was fantastic! Very personable, helpful and got the work done! We ended up having a huge sewage backup issue and Jeff went above and beyond to get the issue sorted. I will definitely call Mallick for any future plumbing issues. I also found the admin staff very kind and helpful when I first called in.

From start to finish working with Mallick was great. Not only is Frank the best plumber I ever met, he is also one of the nicest people you will meet. His workmanship is second to none and is a true craftsman.

This is the second time I've used Mallick Plumbing and they did a great job and I'll continue to use them again. The two workers where very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
