Absolute fabulous experience with their A/C tech Juan. Donley was the FIFTH a/c company to take a look at my system, and none of the previous companies could figure it out. The fourth guy to come specifically recommended Juan at Donley Service center. Juan was courteous, professional, and above all, thorough. We had a complex issue with our system, and Juan figured it out. Can't say enough good things

Plumbing service Worst customer service. Called to fix kitchen sink for my father's home. Called before 5 they said they could have someone come out within 2 hours. Donley called back and said could they reschedule for 8am. The plumber that came out stated it would cost 850.00. My farther has had numerous service's done before. After the free quote he asked how much should it cost. After talking to his supervisor it would be 650.00 Taking advantage of an elderly person is wrong. We sent him packing. You lost a long time customer. My father is 90. Beware of cost. Mr. Donley you need to be aware of your business and what's happening in the field.

I called to schedule a preventative service call for my AC and the earliest they could schedule it was 30 days out. I think Donely needs to manage their workflow better so customers don't have to wait 30 days to get a routine preventative AC service. Looking to find another vendor to service my AC. Update: they did call me back and suddenly found time earlier than a month for my preventative maintenance and the technician did great job, so give them credit for amending the initial poor customer service.

Our air went out on one unit yesterday and we called for service...Donley was here this morning! Our systems are about 15 yrs old and we know that they're "short timers". Our experience four years ago with a competitor was that not only did they take the system apart and walk away for days, they told us we needed a new system. Donley came out and put it back together and had it running for a few hundred dollars...and it's been running since! The tech did tell us that the systems were older and not as energy efficient as new models, and quoted us a price that was nearly half of the previous one for replacement. Glenn Martin was our tech today and not only did he fix the problem in no time, he checked both entire systems and recommended lower cost alternatives to replacement. We won't ever use anyone else - everyone we've worked with at Donley have been exceptional!
