Cung 5511 Came through to my home, gave a great detailed explanation of what was needed, got right to work. was very clean and thorough in his work. made sure i understood possible causes and ways to prevent the issue in the future and was very polite and well mannered. i could not have asked for better service

The plumber was very friendly and positive. He worked hard, and he fixed a few additional issue I had as part of the total order. I don't have any issues with him. I do feel that the 25 minutes of work that he had to do to fix my problems did not warrant a $310 bill. I think the price was too high. That job should have cost $180 at most. So my issue is with feeling I overpaid. But the worker they sent was awesome.

Joseph 5423 Joseph did a very competent and professional job. He explained all options and helped us to decide to replace our water heater. He was punctual and did his work nonstop to have hot water available on time for us. He is very polite and respectful.

Mr. Tin did an excellent job of diagnosing and treating our very complicated plumbing issue, which included 3 sinks, 2 garbage disposals, and a washing machine all of which were backed up/clogged/overflowing. He worked persistently to snake out the clogged pipes and also rerouted some previous bad plumbing to ensure that if there are future clogs, it won’t be such a disastrous mess, involving so many areas. I was very grateful for the same day service call, and for Mr. Tin’s expertise and professionalism. Would definitely recommend Roto Rooter. Many thanks!
