A technician showed up 2 hours later than given hours of window. The tech found the problem and told me that whole top piece need to replaced. He quoted $425 to replace the following week He showed up with a small piece of plastic and work less than 30 min total. So I questioned “thats it?” He replied “yes sir”. I called the office to discuss and they said will call you after paper is reviewed Not heard from them since .

I have the system for almost 8 years, it was working fine but needed a change of cylinders with new fillers, but they did not do a good job, water taste worst now. They do not have an explanation for that. I will not recommend this company.

Brent King, Thank you, I think you got it, seems to be no iron smell, water is running clear, great! I also had the water purity checked and it came back as "potable", no problems. Again thank you and your company staff for your long term help in solving my problem with iron in the water system. Now my problem will be to get the stains out of the fixtures without having to replace them. Thanks again, Ann Pell
