Hague Quality Water of Maryland

I was very impressed with Hague Quality Water of Maryland right from the start. Tim was our salesperson and he truly took our water to heart. From the very 1st moment, his goal was to get us better water, by changing only what was needed - not just trying to sell us something we did not need. Tim was very honest and helpful, even giving us some great guidance on changing out our water heater. The installation tech, was awesome as well. He called 15 minutes prior to arriving, which he was so prompt on arrival. He explained everything he was going to do, looked over my existing tank that was going to stay in place to make sure it was in good working order as well. I am very happy I found this company and that they will be who services my water system in the future.

Hague invoices need to identify the services provided for the receipt charges. Simply displaying the total charge offers no documentation of the nature or extent of services performed. Kindly issue a receipt that includes this information. Thank you. Hague DID send me a receipt that detailed the charges in a separate email that arrived a day or so after the initial receipt. From the customer's perspective, it would be helpful if the detailing of the charge was included in the original receipt to avoid the need to request that information as an additional step.

We appreciate the quality service we have always received over the years from Hague Quality Water! They not only perform the annual servicing of our ultra violet cleaning system, but always look over and let us know of any areas needing attention within the system. We also really appreciate their helpfulness in responding to any questions we have on our water conditioning system! We definitely recommend Hague!

This company is outstanding! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and they provide excellent customer service. The systems installed were to treat high sulfur odor, and soften hard water. The difference in our water is amazing. From installation to operation, Hague Quality Water is top notch!
