Awesome service. They arrived on time and did a great install plus fixed some old plumbing problems other plumbers couldn't fix. Jackie was my installer, extremely professional and pleasant to work with. And he raved about the company which is always a good sign when an employee speaks well of their boss. GOOD COMPANY!

Hot water heater replaced same day. This is an independently owned company, referred to me by a competitor who was too busy to handle my call quickly. Service was great, price reasonable, and I didn’t have to deal with the upscaling effort all large corporations seem to be doing these days. Dont mind paying market rate, but I am tired of the constant effort to upscale, often with unnecessary products or services.

From our first experience where 'other plumbers' told us our well pump had failed (to a tune of $2000), but WL Staton, while we were out of town, determined that it was the pressure pump valve ($200), to our recent personal home remodeling job, the quality and service we received are outstanding. No project or contractor is perfect... but even if things don't go perfect, Staton makes it right.... Take it from a local Architecture firm... this is a contractor you want on your job...

Staton is the best in the area. They've helped me with several projects and every time; they show up when they say they will, they're professional and efficient, and the price is what I was quoted. I once used another plumber because I was quoted a lower price and when the job was done they charged me more than Staton quoted. Staton has never done that to me and I'll never make that mistake again.

More great work by this company. They showed up same day, fixed a broken pipe and reinstalled all new parts for my bathroom faucet. All at a very good rate. I will only use this company from now on.
