The service technician was great. It took too long to get a simple answer as to when i would have a technician at my house and the front office misquoted the price of the service. A difference between 150 per hour and 475 per hour. Another issue is that a 475 bill for snaking a main waste line leading from the house literally taking no more effort than snaking a toilet shouldn't be a 325 price difference. All in all the problem was fixed. But this pricing seems waaaay too high. I would recommend this company ONLY if you're in an absolute pinch. I would have shopped around or just rented the equipment I needed instead of using this company had they priced it accurately to begin with. But three days with our waste spilling into the yard put me in a bit of a pinch on time. So, lesson learned.

I called for damage done by an unrelated company. Sent pics of what they had done and was given awesome advice and care by the owner!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with, she doesn't return your calls or emails. Still not fixed my radiators and its been since January, its July now and she hasn't given me any answers, or a date to complete the job. What kind of company is this when the owner does not return your emails or phone calls?? I have to give this company one star to post this warning. I give this a negative 5.

I have called Eberly on 2 separate occasions now and each time the call was friendly they were here when they said they would be and the guys were thorough and professional. I would recommend them to anybody for issues big or small. They were worth every penny!

The older lady who answers the phone is very rude and refused to help me. It took 2 weeks of me calling her and leaving her a message before I was finally able to get her on the phone again. All I was trying to do was get a toilet replaced. I had all the information she needed in order for her to order it for me or just tell me if they carried it. I guess they didn't need my business because she hung up on me when I asked her why she couldn't look it up to see if they had it. I did give her 2 weeks, she said she was too busy to help me. I finally found a replacement and would recommend Grainger instead of this place. I called Grainger and they helped me right away and I was able to pick it up the same day.
