Tuckers is a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company. I received very good recommendations and I contacted Morgan who sold me a completely new system. It was installed back in January. Once the heat of summer came we had a cooling problem and Clarissa got it scheduled right away and Drew came and made some adjustments and all is well. Clarissa is a great person to work with. Reacts right away, follows through and very personable. Drew is excellent at troubleshooting and quickly diagnosing problems. If I could I would hire him away from Tuckers I would!! I own and operate a contracting company and appreciate good customer service and professional workmanship. It’s always a pleasure to work with the Trucker team!

Great customer service. Jason was so helpful before the appointment. He spent a lot of time with me, and I wasn't even a customer yet. Mike, who made the service call was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He made sure what he did met his expectations before he left. Jessica, who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful.

My technician was very prompt -- he called an hour before he was going to arrive to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time at the early part of my service window. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Thomas reviewed his inspection results with me and made sure I fully understood. It was a very positive experience!

Recommended by a friend who never recommends anyone. Service is unparalleled for the area, with real, live people who answer the phone, arrive promptly and respectfully and investigate the issue. After being unsatisfied with the resolution on their first visit, management heard my concerns and sent another technician to come up with a 'good for now' solution, which was what I was looking for. I very much appreciated their responsiveness. Highly recommend.

The team from Tuckers Air Conditioning were a pleasure to work with. They provided a nice range, of what our research found, were quality products. Their prices were competitive. When our former unit ended up failing they provided a portable unit for us to use temporarily at no additional charge. The installation team was very professional, quiet, and they finished on schedule. This was particularly important because I work from my home. I recommend them.
