The owner and staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and fast. They came out sooner than they forecasted they would, and diagnosed the problem without trying to include unnecessary repairs. We will definitely call them again and refer them to our friends and family.

If your warranty assigns them to you try to get it changed. They will make you last in their queue and bumble a basic job. My water heater leaked and bee's plumbing kept bumping me back to get it changed saying they can't find the right model while the right model was available at Home Depot 1 mile away! I spent a month trying to soak up the leak with towels and frustrated phone calls to this plumbing company and home warranty. The end result was that the warranty company had to give me a payout to hire someone else and I had to pay the neighbor under me $300 in water damage to his ceiling!

???? ✋ Absolutely horrible! Factory warranty/Service Call by Rheem. B’s Plumbing came out for the service call. I was informed by their “Master Plumber” that he would charge me $175.00 if he found nothing wrong with my 8 month old water heater. * He said this as he walked into my home. Thirty minutes later he said just that... “I found nothing wrong with your hotwater heater”. It’s working perfectly! And charged (stole) $175.00. *My water heater continued making crazy noises and the hotwater Temperature continued to decrease! Within the two weeks of B’s Plumbing coming out. My water heater stops working completely!!! Called Rheem etc and they wanted to send B’s Plumbing back out! Honestly I had to laugh ????! Anyway checking with the County, state and better business bureau to see what can be done. Oh wait...I forgot to mention they’re going to reimburse me... ???? I’m sure they will. Best, DJones

Last week my wife and I arrived home from the holidays and found out hot water heater was broken. We contacted out home warranty who dispatched B's to our home to look at the hot water heater. The plumbers wanted nearly $800 on top of what my home warranty would cover. The plumber was rude, manipulative and threatened to withold services because of a contractual issue between the plumber and home warranty - nothing they should hold against a homeowner. The plumber attempted to get me to agree to significant unnecessary "code compliance" upgrades and nearly a week without hot water before they could complete the work. When I contacted the home warranty company, they said the figure quoted to us was not the truth, and cancelled the service with B's and assigned me a number plumber. That plumber came out, did the work the same day, and it only cost me $100 in "code compliance updates"... not nearly $800. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLUMBER
