Proper Plumbing Service

Made an appt for the 3rd of July and plumber to reinstall kitchen sink drain/disposal after a countertop installation. They were supposed to show between 8-10 am. But they were a NO CALL NO SHOW. We tried to call and NO ANSWER. They were recommended to us by Rock Solid Company; they should cut ties with this company immediately. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!!

I contacted Proper Plumbing and Glenn came over to take a look at my issue. I needed a water softener installed in my house. He advised to get my water tested and said he would get with me with results and a way forward. After not hearing anything for a few days I called Proper Plumbing to inquire about the status. They said they would check on the status and call me back. It's been about a week and I have heard nothing. The people were nice, but they are not responsive. I gave up on them; it's a shame because I thought I found a good company.

Outstanding service!! Glenn and his brother came within two hours of placing the call. Very efficient. They found the leak, fixed it, and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend them.

I was able to get 2 gentlemen at my house within 3 hours of my initial call. They were extremely polite and efficient. I was very satisfied with the quick resolution of the issue I was having. The price was reasonable for the work performed, I would call back for future issues.
