Dempsey Energy is a RIP off! They were Referred to me By my warranty company and they over filled My central air units causing them to rattle like crazy saying that was a leak in a couple of pipes that couldn't be fixed and they both needed to be replaced. I Contacted my H vac company who came down took The refrigerant out that I paid $200 for and got them working and gave me a much better price on replacing the units. Dempsey energy refused to give me my money back or to lower the price of the install which was a rip off

Awful. Just awful. Condescending rude and not customer focused in difficult circumstances. Save your self time and energy. We have been waiting for a repair for 6 weeks going on 7. Dempsey was contracted through American Home Shield to make a service call. They needed to order parts and apparently they were ordered twice which were wrong. The part was no longer available. Finally AHS said they need to order a whole new condenser and have it delivered to Dempsey. That arrived today and instead of being responsive and install it as soon as possible, they told me it will take a week to come out and there is nothing they can do. This was their response after 6 weeks of waiting. I called this morning expressing my frustration and shared that I was going to share my rating on social media if we don’t get a customer driven resolution. The owner Eric Dempsey gets on the phone and tells me he is not going to complete his contractual obligation, told me to find someone else to do they work and hung up on me. Furthermore I was just contacted by AHS said Dempsey neglected to say that modification are needed on the new condenser which they did tell AHS before the parts were ordered. So here I am after 6 weeks with a broken AC, no parts and no repairmen. What a shame and a terrible way to treat a customer. Tell your friends and take my story into account. Based on my experience you should never use these people. The other reviews pretty much say the same thing. AHS should drop them as well.
