Royal flush plumbing is a family business that treats it's customers like family. They have done 2 jobs for me in the past 3 years and both were done quickly and within or below estimate. They work professionally and very neat and clean. On my recent hydro pipe coating job Jim Watson spoke with my insurance adjuster and provided video documentation to help my claim and get me a check for 85% of the total job cost. I would recommend them for any job large or small.
Royal Flush Plumbing has been our go to company for several years now. You won’t be disappointed! We recently had a perfect storm of major plumbing / heating issues arise (as they always do) on a long holiday weekend! Jim and his crew arrived quickly and assessed the situation. Using cameras to show us the problem and laymen terms, so we understood all our options, we felt fully informed. The work was complicated and would take three days to complete but the inconvenience was pretty minor. They communicated regularly to let us know when they would arrive, what work was being done that day, when they would be finished and most importantly when we could turn the water back on each night. Royal Flush has some really impressive technology that I had not seen before. Cameras, that are essential to finding the issue without drilling through floors of course but finding our hidden clean out required a radar search of the floors and ground outside. The repair solution we chose involved pipes under ceramic flooring and the epoxy relining of the pipes was a WILD process. The plumbing world isn’t old fashioned cast iron pipes anymore and they shared details of their ongoing training and industry changes/improvements. One other important point is we felt comfortable having them in our home. The crew was friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves! We couldn’t stay home from work every day of the project so feeling safe with them coming in and out was really valuable to us. They knew about our “Houdini escape artist” cat and made sure to close doors behind them and keep him safe too! Obviously we wish we hadn’t had to face this crisis in the first place but feel strongly that we were in very good hands!
I would give zero stars if it were an option. Called Royal Flush to schedule an appointment and was told they would return my call at the end of the day, which they never did. Stupidly I called them back and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 2:15. Well, it's now Tuesday at 10 AM and they still haven't shown up or called to reschedule. No call/no shows are unprofessional and show a complete disregard for paying customers' time. It must be nice to not need the business. Don't waste your time on these guys. Complete disappointment because they came so highly recommended.
Excellent experience using this company. They did excellent work and kept all their promises. Very knowledgeable about everything to do with plumbing and go beyond that as they do work almost no one does. We needed our sewer line repaired which would normally involve digging up the front yard and possibly having to go into the street. We discovered these guys and they offered trenchless repair. It involved sleeving the line from inside our house out to the main line with a 50 year guarantee. Less costly and trouble free plus no mess whatsoever. Zero digging so the lawn was spared. There's a million reasons to go this route that I could go on forever listing them. We'll be using them for any other needed work we have in the future. I give them my highest recommendation which isn't given unless the company does everything right.
We have a home built in the early 1900’s. The plumbing from the upstairs bathroom out to the septic was as old as the house. The home inspector told us back in 2000 it needed to be replaced. Every year for 18 years I kept telling myself this is the year I was going to replace it. I waited mostly because of the cost and inconvenience it was going to cause. I figured a job like that would have a plumber here a while and the thought of having to tear up my deck, get a backhoe and possibly comprising my septic tank scared the heck out of me. I did some research and found Royal Flush Plumbing. I called and Jim was at my house the next day. He used a scope and found my pipes to be in rough shape. He immediately calmed my fears by explaining to me that no matter what condition my pipes were in they have technology called hydro sealing that could line the pipes and make them like-new again. He gave me a quote for that project and two other small projects and I accepted it as I had found them to be reasonable compared to other quotes. Soon after he and his son were at my house to complete the projects. They were clean, fast and professional. I couldn’t be happier with their work and the fifty year transferable warranty.
