The Drain Cleaning Company Plumbing

The owner Granville Prentiss (aka Randy) is the worst sewer guy you can hire. They have no idea what they doing besides collecting money and ran away. Few days later, surprise, sewer backup again. Called them, they said they will refund the money if I hire another company to do the job since they are not available but it turn out to be another lie. These people advertise themselves using different numbers and charging you a lower fee trying to get your business. PLEASE BEWARE THEY ADVERTISE USING DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS!!

In the middle of yet another snowstorm Jim was able to come out and get our main drain cleared quickly. Roads were barely passable but we are so thankful for the quick call back and response to our emergency message.
