Nicolopoulos Plumbing and Heating

Friendly and nice professional guys! Technically they are very capable, can explain all different issues and finished the job to my satisfaction. The only part I didn't feel good was they went out to buy parts and it took them close to 2 hours and all that time was charged to customer. To be fair to customer, the business should have a transparent way of telling customer how much time it spends on the road. As customer, remember to ask for the parts receipt so you know where and when the purchase was made.

Would highly recommend Nicolopoulos Plumbing. Had a problem with a leaky pipe in the basement..... and was a tight space to work in.... they arrived just before 4:30 checked out the job.. and were back early the next morning... problem fixed. Just a note we had another plumber come up prior and told us there was nothing he could do.... Reasonable price!!
