Hackett Brothers Plumbing

Thank you to Rick and Rick Jr. for the quick turnaround on my client's kitchen faucet and disposal. We installed a beautiful countertop and asked Hackett Bros for an AM disconnect and PM reconnect. The family was only without water for several hours. No extra trip or service charges, just honest and up front. Thank you!

I had these guys out to my house to fix a noisy heating pump in the basement, and to do a general review of the heating system, since it hadn't been done in a couple years. Two hours later, they come upstairs and say it's all fixed. Great! Two weeks later, the new pump is making the exact same sounds as before. I called them to express my disappointment that the new pump would make the same sounds so quickly and to have them come out to fix it again. I spoke with one of the Hackett brothers, who didn't identify himself, and who seemed entirely uninterested in the fact the work his company had done hadn't lasted a month. He also stated that the pump normally makes that sound, when there are two identical ones working silently right next to it. He said I'd get a call back sometime the next day. A week later, no call. 1 star, for terrible customer service, and shoddy workmanship. There are many other local plumbers in the area, and I'd recommend looking elsewhere before engaging this company. Unfortunately, I will have to.

Rick and his family run a great business. They have installed my heating systems and water tanks at multiple properties. They have even installed water pumps and new toilets for me. They are there when you need them.
