J's Septic & Drain

We have hired J to replace our current septuc system. The real work won't begin until the spring, but he and his crew have been very attentive in preparation for the job.

Fist started using item 5yrs ago. Noticed a channel shaped object on floor. Jay said tank looked good. Come to find out, it was my D box. Thanks for telling me Jay. Now I need a new septic system. They do not have the customers best interest at heart. Will never use them again.

Called three times within two weeks to ask for a call me back in regards to moving a septic tank vent. The admin on the third call told me they are too busy and to try another company. Poor customer service!
