I do not write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I came home Monday to a bit of a "funky smell" and figured with all the rain, I should call to have our septic system serviced. I called another local company first and was met with a bit of an attitude (sighs and huffs almost like it was a chore to speak with me). The woman I spoke with advised they could see me in 2 weeks (understandable as I am sure they are busy) and that it would be extra for them to verify where the septic tank was located. She said that I should call around to find another company. I am glad she suggested this as I called Ready-Rooter, I was lucky enough to speak with David. He was so nice and when I explained that I was nervous our system needed to be serviced sooner rather than later, he checked their schedule. Initially he thought it would be next week, but after another minute he said that he would be able to have someone here today (Thursday) between 2-4. I explained that we have only lived here a short time and that I was not sure where the septic tank was located - he said no problem, they would confirm... no extra charge. Fast forward to today, Angelo arrived at 2:30... he promptly found the tank, serviced it and explained where the tank is, what size, etc. He was very nice! I am very impressed with their customer service and would recommend this company!

Absolutely a rip off company..the to scams in america are lock smiths and ready rooter? Dont believe me theres MANY undercover investigative reports on these both, ready rooter as recent as 2015( u can wAtch it on youtube. Made and appointment was told by 2pm theyd be by..by 6pm i call to see whats their eta and i was told it might be til tomorrow!!( coulda got another company in here had i know they were gona tell me last min they cant come) guy finally shows up at 830pm(perfect way to jack up the prices, feel the “ we might be able to come til tomorrow” was the stArt point of the up charge..say u cant come today even though u said u would to get the customer desperate) he arrives at 830 and says 250$ to take the toilet off to jet it and than $489 to jet it..i told him to kick rocks, dug down to my septic, took off the cover, found the pipe coming from the house to tank and boom found the clog hosed it down, one push with a broom handle problem fixed!!!!!! A septic tec would of looking there first(septic pumped that same day and the company who pumped it suggested i try it and even said any other company is gna look their first because a clog there is common) this company is a sister to the lock smith companys who come n get ur keys out of ur locked car that advertise one price get there and for some reason or another the price doubles..they offer free estimates but ur on the back burner. I told dispatch that its not just a estimate theres a 98% chance ull get the job..boom dude shows up within n hour even though 20min prior it was we dont know if were gona make it out..its all a plot to scam they work u up to let u down to double up later!

great company had a main line clog spoke to Virginia and she had a truck at my house in a little over an hr. Angelo provided great service and had everything going and it was ll done for a reasonable price considering it was an emergency

Main line clog ugggh on memorial day weekend ???? with a house full of guests. Came out within 2 hrs diagnosed the problem ughh ???? uncoupled pipe ..back first thing Sunday morning fixed the pipe ..our heroes ???? awesome service from tech Aaron would highly recommend them !!! Thanks for saving our holiday weekend ????
