I highly recommend Cranney Home Services. We called with an issue regarding our AC unit, that was causing water in our basement. They sent a truck out at 9am the next morning. Kathleen, our technician, arrived promptly at 9am. She was polite, professional and extremely thorough. She walked me through what was wrong with the unit and explained what she needed to do to fix it. She even took before and after photos to show me the work she had completed. I could not be more impressed with this young lady. When the job was done, She cleaned up the dirty, wet basement floor, and did not leave until she made sure everything was working perfectly. She was a complete professional.

Nick and Frank provided excellent service replacing my water heater. I was incredibly nervous about a mess because I have recently remodeled my basement and there is now a light carpet. Frank and Nick were professional, respectful of my property, completed the job in a timely manner, and in the end it looked as if no one had ever been there.
