We were assigned to happy valley plumbing through a home warranty for an upstairs shower leak. They came quickly and assessed the situation to get it repaired quickly. They even returned more than 30 days later when I had a concern to make sure nothing was wrong with the drain repair. Tech Jaime was very nice and professional. Highly recommended will use again in the future.

I have a home warranty. They couldn't come out when I asked (Friday) so they said Saturday. They never called on Saturday to let me know they couldn't come out. I tried calling on and off for 5 HOURS. No response. Then I had to wait until Monday and go to find out they cant service my request. Its Tuesday and now I am waiting for a different company. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS.

My experience with Happy Valley Plumbing was pleasant every step of the way. I would highly recommend that anyone that has the opportunity to have Jason do work on your property, does it! He is friendly and knowledgable, very professional and most importantly, honest. I purchased my house about 6 months ago, and have had 4 or 5 other companies out for various jobs, and none compare to Jason.
