Second time I've used Ray and for good reason. Ray and his crew are the best! Professional, courteous, prompt and efficient. If your looking for a high quality pluming and heating contractor look no further!

Ray and his team converted my heating system from oil to Natural gas. Ray responded promptly, and courteously to all my questions. Adjusted the work schedule to best suit my needs when I had an emergency travel. The electrical team and plumbing team lead by Brandon performed beyond my expectation. I am glad that I choose them.

AC stopped pumping out cold air and the house wouldn't get below 75 degrees. Called up Landy Mechanical and had a great experience. They called to verify the night before which assured me taking off work wasn't a mistake. Ken showed up on time and was very helpful. He walked me through each step letting me know the cost implications ahead of time. Few hundred bucks and the unit is running good as new. I trusted he was being honest throughout the process. Will have them back in the fall to do cleaning.

We had a couple jobs done recently. They were completed sooner than expected. Staff are very professional and everything works very well. Great job!

I don't usually write reviews like this.. but I just had to commend this company for their customer service. My sister called in because we flushed from fruit down our toilet and it got stuck. After trying multiple things, our parents said "let's just call a plumber and be done." We called around a few places and finally got someone on the phone at Landry Mechanical. After talking on the phone with one of the female reps (don't know her name)... the woman gave us some tips to try to see if we can get it out ourselves. I LOVE THAT! Being a person that has worked in the customer service arena for years, it always makes me happy to know that there are companies and there are people who don't just want to make money off you... but actually care about HELPING you to understand how to fix an issue the next time or at least to start the process of resolving the issue. That is the basis of my review. I hope that what she tried works, and if not... its still a win win because we would get to work with this great company more. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE TIPS!
