We have used Riedell for all of our plumbing and heating needs since we bought our home 10 years ago. Their staff, from the office to the field techs have always been great to work with and we wouldn't think of using anyone else.

The work ethic of Tristan and Patrick is incredible. Their courtesy, confidence in their product, and carefulness were excellent. The final product of the aeroseal application is what we are promised. We recommend them and their company highly.

I'm new to the Cape and this is my first house with a sump pump, and I have three of them in my basement (I live near a pond). Apparently this is the time of year when the water table rises, and my pumps are on almost all the time and I was concerned with the noises so set up an appointment with Riedell. They offered to come out between scheduled calls (which I thought was awesome), but I told them it wasn't an emergency -- I just wanted an opinion from an expert. They scheduled an appointment for two days later, and the tech (Glen) arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and went to work studying all the pumps in the basement, as well as the pump in the septic system. Now he absolutely could have told me they all needed to be replaced immediately and I would have cut a check. Instead, he assured me they're all in working order and in good shape. As this was my first appointment, he also took a look at my other equipment (on demand water heater, washer hookup, main water line, toilets, faucets, and furnace), and gave me a solid walk-through, providing some thoughts on what I should be looking at over the next year or so. Even though nothing was wrong with my equipment, I happily signed the check for the visit. I have piece of mind and have found my plumbing and heating company.

Excellent (Family) run operation really treated my home like their own homes. I would call them again for sure.

Amazing service. Had an issue with my basement pump, I was out of town, guests were at my house and renters arriving in a few days. On top of that is was Thursday prior to 3 day weekend - they sent someone over within the hour. GREAT SERVICE - and that is why I use Riedell!
