Home Services at The Home Depot

Your phone answering service is absolutely the worst experience a consumer can have. Stayed on line for over an hour and did not get to speak to anyone. Home Depot should be honest and tell caller we do not take phone calls. if you are truthful and all associates are speaking to other customers you absolutely need to hire more associates or install a phone service that will call you back.

Horrible!!! I have been waiting. Since Oct. for my French door installation to be completed. The fellow that installed the doors has never returned. I have spoken with the expediter and left messages to the installer. , no results to date. Thinking of resorting to the better business bureau.
