I had a main leak from one of my toilets. SDP Plumbing sent out Justin and Andy. They were both polite and very knowledgeable with great communication. They fixed the leak and another issue I had. I’ve had SDP Plumbing our to my house 3 times. Will continue using them as my Plumbers. Thanks so much guys for fixing my issues. A very happy customer

I have used SDP multiple times and I am more than pleased with their work. This past winter our furnace was not heating up at all. With having a one year old it was critical to have our furnace working properly. They came out the same day and were able to repair the furnace. We are very pleased with the work SDP plumbing did to get our very old A/C unit up and running today. Charley arrived on time and was incredibly thorough throughout the process. He explained things to me multiple times to make sure I understood the issues, and gave me many options for fixing the problem. I had a pleasant experience from scheduling my service, the consistent follow-up leading up to my appointment, to the technicians that fixed my AC unit. The staff didn't pressure you and presented numerous options. The even wore booties to keep dirt and debris out of my home. Thank you for an amazing job

I met SDP Plumbing at the Boston Home Show in Lowell MA and inquired about an issue I was having at my home. I had called multiple plumbers in NH and Northern Boston and ZERO - including the bigger companies would come to my house or if they scheduled they no showed. I was very skeptical of plumbers in this area. SDP gave me immediate appointment - working around my schedule. They showed up on time and took extra care in doing their work - including putting cover ups on their boots so not to scuff our hardwood floors. The job was more involved than what they had originally quoted and took significantly longer - but they honored their original quote. WOW - they just really impressed me with their professionalism, timeliness and high quality of their work. These guys are fantastic. Hey Windham/Salem homeowners...if you need a plumber these are the guys. Small company who puts focus on their work.
