Terrible customer services. No one showed up for appointments. No one called back.

Very knowledgeable plumber came out to install water line. Nice guy, on time. Turns out that my kitchen is a little more complicated due to my condo setup so wasn't able to get water line installed. Would hire for other jobs.

This is the first ever online review that I am writing. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST! I would give them a zero star if possible. The front desk manager is very rude. She kept repeating the same thing over and over again, never gave me a chance to explain. They think they know better than the local town inspector about Massachusetts plumbing and gas code.

Best Yet did my gas stove install for a stove I purchased at Home Depot. I had some complications which required them to have to make a second visit. Rescheduling was easy via email and they got me in right away after I fixed the issue in my end. Jake and Matt showed up and did a great job, they wore booties keeping the house clean and took all the trash including some card board the new stove came with. I watched them test for gas leaks with a gas detector, make sure the stove was level with an actual level etc. All small details that did not go unnoticed. They even joked with my kids. Thanks guys! It is never fun dealing with new appliances, but I appreciate your help.

Finally a company that puts customer safety before profits. If they cant do the job safely, they wont do it at all.
