Quality work but almost impossible to get in touch with. Can he at least have the decency to call back and say I'm too busy now? Communication is a big part of the service equation !

Diagnosed our Navien tankless water heater failure perfectly and worked with Navien Customer Service on our behalf to get us a new water heater under a Navien warranty. Excellent attention to detail.
