Rick Bartels is one of the most knowledgeable and exacting plumbers I've ever had the privilege of servicing my plumbing needs. He is prompt, caring, fair in his charges, and makes certain the customer's satisfaction is uppermost.

This firm did the plumbing for a major renovation in my home in Brewster. With our first emergency, on a weekend we had.a leaking pipe We called them, only to be told that one plumber was out of town, and the other was incapacitated with a bad back, so I was just out of luck. No attempt was made to find someone to cover for them. But perhaps more important, with the work they did, the could not come to an agreement with the building inspector on their heating calculations, never told me and never rectified. Two years later, I was issued a condition certificate of occupancy, noting the heating deficiencies.
